Bringing the UK government’s Olympic legacy to life.

The ‘Beyond 2012’ programme was created to draw on the success of the London 2012 Olympic Games by showing how the government intended to use its legacy to create lasting health, social and economic benefits across the UK.

Jacques Rogge, then President of the International Olympic Committee, described the ‘Beyond 2012’ programme as the blueprint for future hosts of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
